Proof that God exists
Proof that God exists has been building slowly in Indiana the last few years- in the form of an improved BMV.
During the last decade, I saw a preview of hell called the Indiana BMV. It was long lines in hot branches full of people ready to commit murder served by barely competent employees seemingly unable to understand that I didn't have the time to wait for days.
Previously, I had developed a habit of driving to Fairmount to get my license work done due to long lines at my branch. I found that the two hours driving to and back from a smaller branch was much faster than waiting in line for hours in Indianapolis.
But now, Congratulations to Ron Stiver and Governor Daniels on receiving the 2008 Customer Service Excellence Award from the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators. In fact, the last three times I've been to the BMV I've walked directly from the door to a customer service person and left within 15 minutes.
I could hardly believe it. Thank you Governor and thank you Mr. Stiver. I couldn't be happier with your work on the BMV.
Kurt, I heartily concur. Now whether or not this would change Christopher Hitchens' viewpoints on the existance of the Diety remains an open question, but maybe if you pointed out that all of those "In God We Trust" license plates couldn't have come into existance spontaneously and installed themselves there might yet be hope. And I also truly, truly believe that had this miracle at the BMV occurred under a Democrat's state administration, you would also have gone out of your way to feature it prominently on Veritas Rex.
Well, you surely WOULD have, wouldn't you? (:
